By purchasing tickets, booking tables, or attending any Big Boss Events production, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This applies to Big Boss Events and any of their affiliate companies.
Tickets and table bookings must be made through official booking partners or directly via Big Boss Events.
All tickets are valid only for the event indicated at purchase.
Big Boss Events reserves the right to refuse entry if tickets are invalid or cannot be verified.
All tickets are strictly non-refundable in all cases, unless expressly stated otherwise by the promoter.
All Big Boss Events are 18+ only, unless otherwise stated.
Valid government-issued ID must be presented at entry.
No exceptions.
Big Boss Events enforces age restrictions in compliance with liquor laws.
Event security will conduct ID checks and random age verification at entry and during the event.
While security will make reasonable efforts, Big Boss Events is not liable for underage attendees who gain access through false, fraudulent, altered, or misrepresented identification, or other deceptive means.
Attendees found to be underage after entry may be removed from the event without refund.
Security may also refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or cannot present valid identification.
Big Boss Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees for behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or violates venue rules.
Guests must comply with all staff instructions, venue policies, and local laws.
Big Boss Events reserves the right to change the date, time, or venue of any event at its discretion.
If the venue is deemed non-compliant with laws, regulations, or safety requirements, or a governmental or regulatory authority orders the event to be postponed, suspended, or cancelled, Big Boss Events may stop or cancel the event.
Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued for tickets or table bookings unless expressly stated otherwise by the promoter.
Attendees acknowledge that events may be modified, postponed, or terminated for compliance, safety, or operational reasons beyond the control of Big Boss Events, and accept that all purchases remain non-refundable.
Table reservation guarantees table seating and entry — it does not include food, drinks, or other services unless stated.
Tables sold in specific areas (e.g., outside floor, inside floor, VIP) are confirmed only once payment is received.
Table layouts and locations are subject to venue capacity and setup.
There are no refunds on table bookings under any circumstance. A credit will be issued for future events.
While Big Boss Events and the venue will make every reasonable attempt to keep your reserved table on hold, late arrivals can affect table location and availability.
If your party arrives significantly after the booked time without prior notice, we may:
Reallocate your table to another suitable location, which may differ from your original booking;
Release your reserved area to other guests to optimise floor operations.
By booking a table, you agree that late arrival may result in changes to your reserved table location or setup, and no refunds or credits will be issued under these circumstances. Neither Big Boss Events nor the venue will be liable for any inconvenience or perceived loss of table preference due to late arrival.
Big Boss Events and partners may capture photos and video at events for promotional use.
By attending, you consent to your likeness appearing in event media.
Personal recording that disrupts the event may be restricted.
Outside food and drinks, illegal substances, weapons, and large obstructive items are not permitted.
Guests may be subject to security checks at entry.
Venue parking is available but not guaranteed.
Attendees should follow venue parking rules; Big Boss Events is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.
Information collected through ticketing and booking platforms will be made available to Big Boss Events and any of their affiliate companies for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes. By purchasing tickets or making a booking, you expressly consent to Big Boss Events accessing, storing, and using your data for these purposes.
No Refunds: All tickets and table bookings are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by the promoter.
Big Boss Events is not liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, extreme weather, government regulations, venue non-compliance, power outages, or other emergencies.
Artist or Performer Changes: If an artist cancels and the event continues as planned, tickets or table bookings are non-refundable. Attendees are encouraged to enjoy the remaining lineup.
Attendees participate at their own risk. Big Boss Events and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during events.
Attendees acknowledge that events may be modified, postponed, or terminated for safety, compliance, or operational reasons, and accept that all purchases remain non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior organiser approval.
Transfers do not guarantee entry — standard entry and ID checks still apply.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized resale platforms may be void and not honoured.
No refund will be provided for invalid tickets.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or voluntary departures from an event.
Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols required by the venue.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
Big Boss Events reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The updated policy will supersede any past, present, or future versions and will apply to all bookings and purchases.
